"My process starts with research. Secondly the selection of images from Life Magazine and National Geographic from the 1950’s to the 1970’s (the golden era of American capitalism ) These magazines were in themselves instrumental in building America’s image of itself.  Thirdly the collaging of images is very much a subconscious response to the research with a good bit of random luck depending on the magazines to hand. Finally the overlaying of text becomes a very conscious attempt to create a dialogue and a series of questions to be pondered"
